Nature Therapy or Ecotherapy optimizes health and wellbeing by reconnecting with the natural world around us. There are many health benefits to breathing in fresh air, feeling the earth and being apart of nature just by sitting and walking in it. We can combine therapy and nature to those who desire this.

We have a LAKE behind our building and we offer walk and talk therapy where we encourage mindfulness, thought processing and go at your pace. This may only be an option with certain therapists at certain times. Please ask!
