Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and I believe healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. My approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and genuine curiosity about each person’s unique experiences. I strive to meet you where you are, creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly. Together, we’ll work collaboratively to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, behavioral concerns, and adjustment to life’s challenges. I tailor therapy to each individual’s unique needs, drawing on your strengths while helping you develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

My work is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients identify unhelpful patterns of thinking, develop healthier coping strategies, and create positive, lasting changes in their daily lives.

As a play therapist, I work with children ages 4 and older using Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), an evidence-based approach that allows children to express emotions, process difficult experiences, and develop resilience through the natural language of play. I believe children have an innate capacity for growth and healing when provided with a safe, accepting, and supportive therapeutic relationship. I also believe caregivers play an essential role in a child’s progress, so I partner closely with families to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and support children both in and outside of the therapy room.

Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, my goal is to help you gain a deeper understanding of your experiences, discover your strengths, and feel empowered to move toward the life you envision. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.
My goal is for every client to leave sessions feeling supported, empowered, and confident that they don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
