Welcome — I’m really glad you’re here. Lakeview Wellness is a calm, steady space where you can slow down, breathe, and feel supported as you grow. We take a gentle, thoughtful approach to healing, walking alongside you with warmth and curiosity as you find clarity and direction at your own pace.
Lakeview Wellness Counseling was founded in 2023 by Tessa Fultz, a mom and licensed therapist who saw how hard it was to find quality mental health care for children and individuals of all ages in her community. She created this practice to offer the kind of caring, accessible support she wished families had more of.
We provide personalized, evidence‑based care in Burnsville and through telehealth across Minnesota and Wisconsin. Our team uses a mix of creative and effective approaches—child therapy, EMDR, Christian counseling, grief work, trauma‑informed care, play therapy, mind‑body healing, walk n talk therapy, coaching, and expressive tools like journaling, workbooks, and art. If you’re curious about trying something new in therapy, just ask.

Clinical Coordinator
Tessa Fultz is the owner of the practice and serves as our Clinical Coordinator, offering steady guidance and support to the clinical team. As a seasoned mental health professional, she’s the person therapists rely on when they need help navigating client care or clarifying day‑to‑day clinical processes. In her coordinator role, she helps manage scheduling, supports the intake flow so clients are matched well, offers direction on documentation and EHR use, facilitates communication with other providers, and keeps clinical operations running smoothly.
Her style is grounded and approachable, centered on helping therapists feel supported while still maintaining their autonomy. In this season of her career, Tessa is intentionally shifting away from providing therapy and focusing more on writing, supervising, and consulting—areas where her experience and leadership have an even greater impact.
Office Manager
Justin Fultz keeps our practice running smoothly behind the scenes with a blend of organization, expertise, and good humor. He leads the way on HR tasks and contractor onboarding, making sure every new therapist feels supported from day one. Justin also oversees the financial heartbeat of the practice—managing billing, navigating insurance processes, and handling essential workflows like claim processing and payroll. His work ensures that everything behind the curtain stays seamless so our clinicians can focus on what they do best.
