Tessa Fultz is the founder of Lakeview Wellness Counseling and now offers therapy more selectively, focusing on the areas she’s most passionate about-

Her clinical background includes 10 years in the mental health field. She graduated with an MSW in 2017. While she still enjoys working with clients, her primary focus has shifted toward consulting, writing, practice management, and offering credentialing and website‑building services.
Tessa has personally experienced anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, postpartum anxiety and psychosis, neurodivergence, depression, grief, trauma and PTSD, parenting (18 years) and has become very involved in her faith walk and church.
She incorporates tools like journal therapy, mindfulness (with over 20 years of personal practice), life‑coaching strategies, nutrition‑informed support, diagnostic evaluations, walk‑and‑talk therapy, and workbook‑based approaches at a pace that feels right for each person.
