There are many types of trauma therapy modalities out there. We only provide evidence-based ones, meaning that they have been proven to be effective in most cases. Eye Movement Desensitivation Reprocessing does not have to be done with eye movement, most often done with tapping or back n forth movement of some type. Can even be writing or art.
