Want to be a part of a unique, small group practice that is passionate about helping others? Want to have more flexibility, be able to share your ideas, consult with a few other therapists, and have the admin side of things taken care of for you? Then, consider working with us!  We consult together once or twice a month for an hour over coffee and donuts. We believe in having smaller caseloads so that we can provide the best care and attention to our clients.

Looking for pre-licensed and/or licensed mental health professionals that have a heart to help others heal and find hope. Prefer someone willing to integrate Christian faith or spirituality into session if the client desires. Prefer someone who want to work with both kids & adults but is not required. This can be in person or via telehealth, remote work. The independent contract rate is 60-70% depending on experience and qualifications.

We offer free clinical supervision if seeing more than 5 clients per week with us for those on the LPC or LGSW track. For internships, we will work with your school. Tessa Fultz, LICSW is licensed in both WI & MN and can work with your board to provide supervision. Read about the owner, Tessa Fultz, under providers.
