- weekly check-in sessions, phone calls and/or via email or text
- Being guided on weekly journaling prompts that are therapeutic and aimed at your goals
- See real time progress with support and mentoring
- Be encouraged!
- This can be monthly, weekly, bi-weekly depending on the pace you'd like to take.
- I meet you where you are at.
- private pay only unless you schedule sessions
- we can do telehealth and I offer flexible options such as 15 min, 20 min, 30 min, 50 minute session options

Parenting Journal or Workbook (free with sessions, $25 without)
Tessa Fultz, LICSW has over 15 years experience with children and over 8 years working with children in a therapeutic setting. She is trained in a few forms of trauma informed play therapy, autism and neurodivergence. She has learned what works and what doesn't.
We’re going to talk about how you can support your child or teen using a blend of faith‑based encouragement, child centered therapy techniques and evidence‑based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy strategies, all presented in a warm, practical, and grace‑filled way.
Reflective journaling with theapist-led prompts can help you to come up with solutions that work for you and your child.
My goal is to give you tools you can start using today — tools that build connection, reduce conflict, and help your teen grow emotionally, spiritually, and behaviorally.
Self-Compassion Journal or Workbook (free with sessions, $25 without)
This workbook guides clients through a structured, gentle, and practical 12‑week process for building self‑compassion. Each chapter introduces a core concept, offers reflection prompts, and provides simple exercises that help clients integrate self‑kindness into daily life. Faith Over Fear & Anxiety (free with sessions, $25 without)
Learn actions steps to overcoming anxiety, fear and shame. Move from a place of agonizing anxiety to faith-filled calm.This workbook guides readers through a gentle, structured journey of replacing fear‑based and shame‑based patterns with grounded faith, emotional resilience, and compassionate self‑understanding. It blends psychological insight with optional Christian faith practices, helping individuals move from self‑criticism and insecurity toward confidence, connection, and inner peace.
