A person's spirituality is sacred and found in different ways & places. It is personal. Spirituality asks questions like-What is the meaning of life? What is my purpose? Who is God? What is after death? And many more questions. Our spiritual life or lack thereof directly impacts our physical and mental health. That is why we integrate it into therapy when a person is open to this. Therapy really only is healing when one is open to really looking within to these questions and being open to the answers they find within themselves.
