This list is subject to change and we are in the process of adding more insurances. If you are out-of-network, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance. The following insurances are in-network with all LWCC Therapists:

Tessa Fultz, LICSW, can see clients with other insurances (26 insurances accepted) such as BCBS/Aetna insurance thru Grow Therapy (and still be seen in person at Lakeview office or via telehealth.)  

Tessa can see WI resident clients since she is a WI licensed therapist also- can only accept BCBS based-WI insurances at this time.  Grow Therapy Profile

Marilee Sonnen, LPCC, is also licensed in MN & Virginia (VA) please check for what VA insurances

Private Pay Rates (subject to change)

Intake Session (or Diagnostic Assessment): $220 

53+ minute session: $180

31-45 minute session: $160

15-30 minute session: $140

Private pay is accepted and we offer a sliding scale fee for those who qualify and are in financial need. 
We accept all credit cards, including HSA/FSA cards.  We can offer a superbill for out of network providers.

We encourage you to check with your insurance to see what your deductible is, copay, and/or if we are in-network and/or what your insurance will pay if we are out-of-network. Often times, insurance will pay a portion with a superbill we provide for you to submit to your insurance if they are out-of-network.

Client Portal to Pay Your Bill

You can view, print or pay your bill statement and make or reschedule sessions in the secure portal. You can access your portal by clicking above or going to the link below. You can also request appointments, message your therapist and see your schedule on your portal at therapy notes. Late Cancel and No Show Fees

Therapists are self-employed and manage their own schedules & availability. They are not paid on a salary and do not get paid for time outside sessions they spend doing notes, research, planning & phone calls.

Therefore, late cancels (less than 24 business hour notice) or No Shows will result in a charge of $100 unless of sickness or an emergency. Please notify your therapist as soon as possible to reschedule.
