The integration of faith into therapy is welcomed at any level you are comfortable with, and I am equally passionate about serving individuals who prefer a secular approach. Our time together is guided by what feels most meaningful to you and aligns with your values.

I am certified to support individuals experiencing grief related to death or other significant losses that are not widely recognized. My passion is shaped by my own experiences with loss, allowing me to approach grief with deep empathy and honor each person’s unique and personal journey.

Together, we can explore patterns of thinking, practical strategies for managing everyday challenges, emotional regulation tools, and other approaches that support your growth. I also provide therapy through an Internal Family Systems and Person-Centered lens. Together, we can individualize therapy to meet your needs, your goals, and what you hope to gain from this space.
