Rates

Intake Session (Diagnostic Assessment): $220 (if private pay and you do not want a diagnosis, we can skip this)

53+ minute session: $180

30-45 minute session: $160

15-30 minute session: $140

Private pay is accepted and we offer a sliding scale fee for those who qualify and are in financial need. We accept all credit cards, including HSA/FSA cards.  We can offer a superbill for out of network providers.

We encourage you to check their out of network benefits by calling their insurance to see if their therapy sessions can be fully or partially covered. Upon request, I can provide clients with a superbill statement that they can submit to their insurance provider for out of network reimbursement. Often times, clients will get part reimbursement at least. Rates depend on a few factors: therapist/education/insurance vs. private pay/financial need.  Sliding scale fee is available for those in financial need.

Late Cancels (less than 24 business hour notice) or No Shows will result in a charge of $100 and a one time pass may be given in certain situations.

Autism Diagnosing with a Formal Evaluation Report- please call or email for pricing-Please check with your insurance to see if they cover autism evaluations by a LICSW or mental health professional.

Half the payment is due at scheduling unless insurance is covering the service.

1. 2 hour interview (may be done in 2-4 sessions, more for children) 

2. Questionnaire may be sent to a caregiver, teacher, or close family member to gather information.

3. One hour session to discuss results, ask questions, and review recommendations. Comprehensive Assessment and formal evaluation report will be given.

Autism Diagnostic Sessions and other diagnoses with children may take 2-4 sessions and may take more therapy sessions before diagnosis for observations.
